And now, we’re searching for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Expert to help us scale this mission, grow our affiliate network, and bring our AI Factory program to the forefront of the creator economy.
YOUR MISSION
To build, manage, and scale a high-performing affiliate program that drives qualified buyers into our AI News Whisperer / AI Factory ecosystem.
You will own the entire affiliate growth engine — from strategy and recruitment to optimization and performance management.
Your work will directly fuel our expansion and help hundreds of people start profitable AI-powered businesses.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

Build and scale our affiliate sales engine

Create outreach campaigns that attract high-quality partners
Including creators, paid media experts, email list owners, AI influencers, and niche publishers.
Develop high-converting affiliate funnels, angles, scripts, and offers
You’ll shape how partners talk about the opportunity.
Optimize performance
Track metrics, identify top performers, strengthen retention, and scale what works.
Build all affiliate assets
Swipe files, promo kits, email sequences, webinar angles, landing pages, etc.
Run incentive programs
Bonuses, affiliate tiers, contests, and monthly challenges.
Coordinate with our marketing, content, and funnel teams
Ensure affiliates have everything they need to sell effectively.
Bring creativity + data together
Understand what messaging works, why it works, and how to replicate it across channels.

Experienced: 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership growth, or performance-based sales.
(Bonus if you’ve worked with digital products, SaaS, or high-ticket offers.)
Proven: You’ve recruited affiliates, built systems, scaled partner programs, and generated measurable results.
Strategic & Hands-On: You can design the plan AND execute it.
Resourceful: You don’t wait for instructions — you bring ideas, frameworks, and momentum.
Data-Driven: You understand funnels, conversion metrics, revenue attribution, and ROI.
Persuasive Communicator: You know how to write compelling affiliate pitches, scripts, and outreach messages.
Organized: You manage partners, deadlines, and campaigns without dropping the ball.
